Nina Dubeau

Certified Fitness Coach

  • Coach Nina is dedicated to helping others become the best version of themselves. With 7 years of coaching experience, she offers personalized programs tailored to each individual's fitness level and objectives.

    Nina has also been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for 12 years. Her studio Studio Sanctuaire is located in the eastern townships where she hosts yoga retreats. Her desire to evolve into the best version of herself has led her to her vocation: helping others embody their full potential mentally, physically, and spiritually.
